We usually take purchase orders from schools, government departments, and NHS, and a list of purchased articles is provided on the delivery of articles.

Terms and Conditions applicable to Consumers:

According to our terms and conditions, a business customer is a person or a firm that works for his or her trade or business and is not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Further, the distance selling regulations are not applicable to him.
Prices & Quotations
Barrier Shop can change the price at any time. If there is no contract between us, we have the right whether to supply a product or not. We can change a product design or specifications without issuing a notice. We have this right to ensure some of our protective measures.
We have the right to change any product design without any liability. Because prices are worthy for our customers, so we used to ask our customers about their comfort level with our prices to make them reasonable for our customers.
The setting of the contract price
Barrier Shop shall be authorized to fix the contract price of the products or services either before or after the contract because the price can be changed due to several reasons given below:
1. Because of some reasons which are not under the control of Barrier Shop like pricing omissions, variations in currency, or action of any government
2. Where products are not reachable
3. There is an increase in expenditure on raw materials which are used to make the basic product for completing the contract
Graphics, design, and typographical errors
Any photographs, baggage, standard, justifications, or execution specifications provided on the website are illustrating a general portrayal of the product. Any damage caused by using our product is liable to customers.
Barrier Shop reserves the freedom to rectify any typographical errors and shall not be bound by omissions on the website.
Retention of Title
The following provisions shall apply to all contracts relating to Goods. Any ending of the Contract will not restrict the Barrier Shop rights.
The delivered product will be an asset of the company until the full amount will be paid to the company.
It is the responsibility of the customer to secure the goods from the date or dates on which the risk therein passes to it. If there occurs a loss while the product is the asset of the company then the customers will be liable to provide full payment.
Risk of Damage to Goods
Once the products are transferred, then the Risk of damage to goods will be passed on to customers. In case you find any damage, do contact us immediately. We advise you not to sign any good which posses any indication of damage.
We shall be under no liability in case there occurs a flaw in articles from wear and tear, carelessness, unstable working situations, not obeying our instructions whether oral or in writing, misusage or alteration or repair of the articles without our permission.
If you find any problem in the quality or condition of the articles or these are not working properly, you shall inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery or within an acceptable time after discovery of the shortcoming or failure. In case, you will not inform us within a particular time then we will not answerable for the product flaw and you are liable to pay the price as decided.
But if you will inform within a reasonable interval, then we can do any of the following things for you:
1. Compensate the price
2. Can replace the products with extra cost
3. Repair the imperfect product at our expenditure
If Barrier Shop chooses to exchange or repair the product, then the delivery time will be expanded consequently.
Returns and Exchanges

One year is the warranty period for our products. We will repair your products only the weakness is due to faulty formulating and not because of customers’ mishandling.
When the goods are installed, the use of any portion of the goods shall be a consent of the installation. Installation and expenditure shall become due under the agreed contract terms.
The images displayed on our site are a general picture of the product with a color code. We try to depict a true picture but due to the restrictions of matching painted steel to the printing process or pixelation onto computer graphics, colors illustrated offer a good, but approximate guide. Quotations for labors
All quotations for labor determines the following:
1. Customers must provide easiness while installation. There must be no obstacle while installation. In case any destruction occurred while installing by the side of customers, then an additional cost incurred will be charged
2. Maintenance of adequate lighting and energy to the area.
3. We usually work on working days. If you want weekend work, then an extra amount will be charged which will be agreed upon in writing
4. Clear location readied for the installation of the goods
5. Maintenance of facilities by the buyer for reduction of packaging and materials
6. Reach to normal facilities
7. Clear entry of large goods vehicle up to 40′ trailer size
Payment must be done within 30 days from the statement date.
Customer Specification and Liability
If a customized product is prepared according to a specification layout, design, or guidance provided by others, then the authenticity and precision of the design will be up to customers. In case, while following their guidance, we faced damage then the customer will be liable to provide the cost incurred.
Risk in the Goods
The risk in the Goods will be up to buyers when commodities are dispatched or delivery is delayed on the customer’s request while the product is ready to dispatch.

All photographs, documents, and other data provided by or on behalf of Barrier Shop are supplied upon the condition that the customer will not publicize or use them in any way except for their goals of installing or operating the goods for which they are allocated without the company’s written authorization.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights of all drawings, documents, and other information prepared and supplied by Barrier Shop shall remain their property.
