Delivery and Shipping Information
Shipping time depends on the time of order placed. If the order is placed before 3 pm, we will dispatch the product on the same day. While if the order is placed after 3 pm, the product is dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery days are 3-4 working days. There is no working on the off days i.e Saturday and Sunday. So the order placed on these days will be processed in the coming working days.
Delivery of orders on an address other than the billing address
Yes, we deliver the orders to other addresses other billing addresses. We have an option on our site to choose at which address the product is delivered and which address is the billing address. You can refer to our check-out section for the delivery address.
Delivery charges are 8.99£.
Delay in delivery
There may be several uncontrolled conditions that can be the cause of delivery delays. But delay in delivery happens only sometimes not often. The reasons can be some environmental issues, strikes, or any restriction due to any pandemic. But this delay occurs only in a severe situation.

We will ask about your full name or the Post Code to check the status of your order.
Signature required against the parcel
There is a requirement if the signature of the customer against the parcel is proof that the product is delivered to the right person. In case you are not home, we will try to reach you by calling three times. If you will be still not available, our courier will take the product back to us. Then we will call you again for the exact delivery address. The cost incurred in the process will be charged by the customer.
We Use different third-party courier’s DPD, FEDEX, AND TNT for delivery.
Q1. Where my order will be delivered?
Your order will b placed at the address which you have shared in the check out section as your delivery address.
Q2. What if the items are damaged in the parcel?
You have an option to exchange or refund the product. But you have to send us the picture of the product immediately after receiving the damaged product. Our courier will collect the order from you. We will offer you options of exchanging or refunding.
The returned product must be unused.
