Return and Refund Process:

If you want to return a product and refund the amount, then email us at Sales@Barriershop.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. In case you got wrong or damaged product, click a picture of the product and send us quickly for return and refund. After receiving the picture, we will send our courier to collect the defective or wrong product from you. We will ask you to replace or exchange the product or to refund the amount. If the product is damaged or wrong, then we will replace it without any additional delivery charges.

Returns and Refunds in Specific Situations:

If you wanted to exchange the product with any other product on our website, do tell us immediately and return the product to our above-mentioned address. We will exchange the product with additional delivery charges. 

The product which is to be returned must be unused. We will ask you about the new product in exchange for the returned product. If the chosen product is expensive than the returned product, we will charge an extra amount. If the product is cheaper than the returned product, we will return an additional amount. Please keep in mind that we will charge the £4.99 delivery fee again.

Change of decision:

If you don’t want the product anymore then contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the product to the mentioned address. The product must be brand new and unused. We will refund the total amount of the product to the card you used while making a purchase. But the delivery charges will not be refunded.

The delivered product is either shattered or wrong:

In case you got a defective or wrong product, kindly send us the picture of the product immediately. Our courier will collect the defective piece. We will ask you for a refund or replacement. If you want a replacement, the new product will be delivered with no extra delivery charges and if you wanted to refund, we will refund the total amount along with the delivery expense to your card which you used while making a purchase.

No delivery of the product:

If the product is not delivered within 3-5 working days, kindly inform us. This may be due to the reason that the product is out of stock or the package got lost by the courier. In this case, we will bear all the expenses of delivery and the total amount will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation of order:

If you placed an order by mistake on our site and wanted to cancel it, contact us immediately. If the order is not dispatched, we will refund the all amount of the product along with the delivery expense. But if the product is dispatched, the amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery charges.

Return time: 

The return period of any product is 14 days after the delivery of the product. They need to request a return of the order by contacting us using our contact details.

Refund period:

Clients will get their refund within 5-7 business days. We refund the amount to the customer’s credit card immediately as we get the product back.
